gejm.dev Bible
One canon every agent reads. Only people change it.
A world bible of markdown records and concept art, served as a web UI and an MCP server. It holds what is true of your game's world, how it is drawn and written, and what has been told. Agents read it and propose; people approve.
Canon
What is true of the world: characters, places, factions, props and lore, as records of kinds your team defines.
Style
How it is drawn and written: style records, a world style guide and accepted concept art.
Works
What has been told: the timeline and the beats of each game set in the world.
What a game team gets
-
built Agents propose, people decide
Any coding or writing agent connects over MCP with a personal token and reads the whole world. Everything it changes goes into a reviewed inbox, so canon only moves when a person accepts it.
-
built A studio that knows your world
Chat with the bible, send research into the world or onto the web, and accept or undo record changes without leaving the thread.
-
built Concept art that follows canon
Every image is made from the record, its styles and the world style guide. Accepted art is kept as canon that a modeller or an engine agent can fetch directly.
-
built Contradiction checks
A record is read against its neighbourhood, and housekeeping offers one-click fixes.
-
built Provenance on every image
Generated images are always marked with their prompt and model.
Built for a team
-
built Many worlds
Several worlds in one bible, each with its own members.
-
built Five roles
Reader, Commenter, Writer, Approver and Admin. People are invited by email.
-
built Tokens for agents
Personal access tokens for MCP, no shared keys.
-
built Your models
Model connections per world: Anthropic, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, Gemini or RagMeUp.
-
built Your hosting
The bible runs on your own premises with your own model connections.
-
built Take your world with you
Upload or export a whole world as a zip.
Works with any engine
Unity, Unreal, Godot or gejm.dev: any agent reads the bible over MCP. With the gejm.dev engine it is tied in most closely. An engine agent fetches a record, its art direction, the accepted reference images and the style guide as one brief, and drafts the model from them.
When it needs art that does not exist yet, the agent asks a person for it. It cannot make canon itself.
